Job Summary: Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, the Bilingual (English/Spanish) Warehouse Manager oversees the daily operations of the warehouse at Nuage Designs. Thisrole is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring efficiency, safety, and accuracy. The Warehouse Manager also leads and develops the warehouse team to maintain optimal performance and adherence to company policies.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage the daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage and inventory management.
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure they perform their tasks efficiently and in compliance with OSHA and best practices.
  • Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient receipt and dispatch of goods, maintaining detailed records.
  • Monitor and manage warehouse stock levels, coordinating with the purchasing and workshop department to maintain optimal inventory.
  • Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment and ensure the facility remains organized and clean.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as fulfillment, logistics, and sales, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation.
  • Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
  • Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling them with data storage systems.
  • Maintains the physical condition of the warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts.
  • Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, and analyzing variances.
  • Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.
  • Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Improves staff performance by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees
  • Will also be tasked with addressing and executing special projects as assigned by senior management.
  • Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of products, ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Coordinate the safety plan and training.
  • Responsible for the safety operations in compliance with OSHA and best practices.
  • Coordinate the workshop team and repairs
  • Receiving new product, confirming the product is in good condition and storing properly in the warehouse.
  • Create new way to store safety and good conditions
  • Responsible for keeping the accuracy of the inventory on the IE

What You’ll Need:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • 3-5 years of experience in event operations or a similar role
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts related to inventory, such as percentages, proportions, and volume.
  • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and inventory management software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Apics Certification is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with fulfillment technology and systems.

Pay Range
