Salary: $22/hr - $24/hr+ DOE
Job Summary: Reporting to the Installation Supervisor, the Bilingual Delivery Driver is responsible for transporting goods, materials, and equipment between Nuage Designs’ facilities and event venues, ensuring timely and safe deliveries. The Delivery Driver plays a key role in maintaining the company’s high standards of service and professionalism during transport. This position also requires compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

What You’ll Do:
- Act as the primary on-site representative for Nuage Designs, embodying the company's commitment to "white glove" service.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times. The driver must be in a clean, neat Nuage-branded uniform from the start to the end of their shift. On some occasions, high-end clients may require or supply a uniform for the driver and team members for event delivery, setup, and pickup.
- Assist with the processing of customer orders, ensuring the accuracy of product count and quality before loading.
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods between facilities and event locations.
- Load and unload vehicles, ensuring products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
- Serve as the on-site team lead, directing the delivery crew to ensure a smooth, efficient, and precise installation based on client specifications.
- Confirm that all products are correct and that the setup aligns with the provided floor plans to ensure the client is completely satisfied.
- Maintain open and professional communication with clients at event venues, addressing any needs or questions to guarantee a positive Nuage experience.
- Maintain vehicle readiness, including regular checks on maintenance and fuel levels.
- Prioritize safety by driving defensively and adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, mileage, and your Record of Duty Status (RODS) to ensure compliance.
- Communicate effectively with the logistics and warehouse teams regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
- Assist with general warehouse duties when not driving, such as loading, unloading, picking, and packing orders.
- Represent Nuage Designs in a professional manner
